Kit is a full time REALTOR® and Regional Designated Broker of Equity Northwest Real Estate –– where she also oversees the Kit Fitzgerald Team. Prior joining Equity, she spent nine years as the Director of Sales at Red Barn Real Estate, a four-year stint as the Sales Director at CBH Homes, and began her real estate career in January of 2003.

She has served on many boards and committees within her profession in roles including President of the Community Realtors® Foundation, President of the Ada County Association of Realtors®, Executive Committee Member of the Idaho Realtors® Board of Directors, a director for the National Association of REALTORS Board of Directors and completed a six-year stint as the WSU Alumni Association Director for the Washington, D.C. chapter.

Kit's creative marketing techniques have been featured in Realtor® magazine and she has received many awards including the Idaho Business Review’s Accomplished Under 40, a Distinguished Service Award, Platinum Top Producer, Idaho Business Review’s Business Woman of the Year Recipient, and in 2016, was named REALTOR® of the Year by the Boise Regional REALTORS®. In 2014, she graduated from the prestigious National Association of Realtors® Leadership Academy and currently serves as the Chair for the National Leadership Institute.

In her spare time, Kit loves to cook, entertain, and spend time with her husband Ryan, children Maeve and Finn, and bernedoodle Birdie.
