The major difference between Equity Northwest Real Estate and other brokerages is that we are a FULL SERVICE flat fee brokerage. We simply charge $499 upon closing. This adds up to much larger profits for you.
Let's break this down: 


Some of the highest paid commissions in the industry. Most companies charge a commission split. Simply plug some numbers into a calculator to see how our one time fee compares to commission splits.


Profit Share. When you refer a REALTOR® to Equity, you get $100 every time that person closes a deal! Some Equity REALTORS® have made car payments, even house payments, with the money they are earning from Profit Share. Another bonus is, it doesn't come out of that person's commission either.
